ok, so I leave for Chicago with Cayle on Sunday morning- early- from Louisville. There are so many things that must be done before I leave- it is tragic- I have already baked 18 loaves of bread and put them in the freezer- as my cohorts fear that it can't be done right by anyone else. I have a rehearsal dinner on Friday night, and 2 weddings on Saturday, and a dinner on Tuesday night that I will cook ahead for even though I won't be there.......I have discovered that the restaurant in Chicago I really wanted to eat at- Berghoff's- is closed Sundays and holidays- and Monday is Columbus Day- so it will be closed......Thankfully the Art Institute will be open, and I have already purchased tickets for the Aquarium..There is a Chinese place next door to our hotel, and a deep dish pizza place down the block- so I won't starve......
