ok, so i catered the centre trustees dinner tonight,.....but this pales by comparison to serving lunch to the mother of one of scw's old montesorri 'chums', who went on to private school in a southern state after bate........his mum contends that he turned down the parson school of design because there is no green space in ny...(how can one turndown a school one visited as a sophomore?)...........he will surely attend the design school in savannah.......he is such a flw afficinado, though he has not been to fallingwater,.......his mum has purchased him a secular book on that very place/subject for xmas.....by the way........she seemed cunfused about its exact location, and seemed ultimately annoyed that scw had actually been there.........she did make comment on the reality that her boy will have to pay full price for college because of their income.......i had to pinch myself to stop from a true guffaw......the poverty we chose after i quit the hospital has allowed quite a financial aid windfall...........when both of the boys are in school we should make out like bandits.........we hope...........
