ok, so mm is enjoying crab cakes for breakfast.....freshly fried crabcakes no less.........i popped into the restaurant this morning at 7:00 am to put a few things in the oven....i am catering a luncheon......and said crab cakes were in the fridge leftover from last night.......i fried up the lot of them for my family to have for lunch.....i was afraid that if left to my family to cook...they would be baked or microwaved or worse......crab cakes are certainly not at the top of the decadence scale........that slot is reserved for smoked lox salmon and caper/sour cream/cucumber sauce..........oh my.......
