condiments

ok, so i have started off the new years with a cleaned out refrigerator......starting with the condiments, which had gotten out of hand......there are only so many kinds of barbeque sauces that one can use.....so many kinds of mustards.......so many jams and jellies..........some sauces lend themselves to consolidation.......bbq sauce being the best bet......i just poured them all together and recycled the empty jars......there were numerous nearly empty jars of jam........which i decided would never be used and dealth with them accordingly........the total for empty glass jars taken out to the garage recycle area was 13.....wow....that is a lot of space taken up by misc. containers.......which will surely be taken over by sauce and condiment sprawl as the year unfolds....but for now......the pristine shelves make me so proud........
