multi-sport day......

ok, so in between stints of yardwork...i managed to watch amelie mauresmo win her first wimbledom title, a few innings of boston redsox vs chicago white sox........a bit of the germany vs portugal consolation game (from afar at guadalahara (sp).....and now we are watching the tour on tape...the time trial......ok, so i already know how it pans out as i kinda followed it between stints of yard work and watching tennis.......we are late putting in the tour tape...having tried to see potc/dead man's chest at the sold-out 4:20 showing.....and then waiting to see the 6:50 show.......it is a movie one must see, if for no other reason than to keep up with the progress toward the third episode to be released next summer......alas, this installment lacked the charm of the first....and was much too long.....and had so many plot twists that i am unsure about who is on which side and why things are how they are.....got that?.......ah well....must get back to the time trial.......
