pain, pain go away.......

ok, so i worked hard yesterday at breaking the pain cycle.....at relaxing so that the muscles could go back to their normal state from their current tenseness/swollenness....i did next to nothing....taking two naps and not bothering to look at my lecture notes because it is hard to read lying down and nurse a stiff neck/major headache......i did take the suggesed ibuprofin dose of three at a time every 4 hours......wow!......and at some point the pain was diminished, only to return when the dose wore off.....which is where i am this morning......stiff and in pain........i am going to work, as there is a going away lunch and i don't want to miss it,.....but i fear for my comfort.......i havenot felt this awful in quite a while........
