media blackout.....

ok, so...i am going media-black for at least the next 48 hours..no cnn...no nytimes...no wpost......until the visage of the shooter's video has dropped to bottom of the page news......i have not watched it.....will not watch it.....it feels somehow pornographic and filthy and tainted......and i will leave it in cyberspace......i feel so very sorry for htis young man's family......his parents, his sister....who did not deserve such notoriety or public scrutiny over how they begat this monster.......their lives will never be the same.....and though i understand that none of our lives will be the same......i feel especially sorry for those this man left behind.......
