summer

ok, so......aside from a wedding in upstate new york, i appear to have no summer plans other than that of showing up at work.....i am going to st louis for a diabetes conference, but that is work.....and not my idea of a prime vacation locale.....most of my travel schemes involve off-season jaunts.....times when i suspect that the destinations will be less crowded.......granted, paris on spring break was far from idyllic in terms of long lines and hordes of bodies milling about......but paris in december should be decidedly less teeming with visitors......if i have a potential trip lined up for december, i can manage to make it through a summer of staying home....
