the pool
ok, so after dinner and a day of 12000steps my roommate and i changed and made our way to the hotel rec area....she to the treadmill and me to the pool......it was too small for laps, but fine for walking the perimeter....a refreshing workout, especially in the 4-foot section.....slept like a log.....
