so very tired

ok, so last evening was my diabetes support group...the one i lead that is 2 counties away......or a mere 45 minutes away.....though i am not certain which of these descriptors is the glass half full or half empty.....a good turnout, and good discussion....as usual...but after all is said and done, i still have to drive home in the looming darkness and then pick where others have left off.....last evening i found a note letting me know that at least one of the remainder had not yet eaten supper...so i was firing up the grill at 9:00 in order to whip up a little something for us both......on these first-mondays i don't get to bed at a reasonable hour, and then wake up feeling beat-up the next day......i get to take off most of friday...but that is little consolation until friday actually comes...i am so tempted to crawl right back in bed.....
