ok, so......i turned to read some of my favorite comics this morning while the coffee brewed.....and could not find an old-standby...cathy was missing.......i wondered if the illustrator/writer had died or quit for some reason...unlikely because she'd be younger than me.....but i was able to find today's installment online...so the strip's demise in the lexherald has to do with......who know what it has to do with....this semi-local paper has shrunk most of its strips to fit in new ones....mostly bland ones featuring animals...though i do enjoy get fuzzy.......the other new strips are not memorable......maybe i am just too old for comics.....
