ham biscuits.....

ok, so......most of my workmates were required to set up a drive-thru flu shot clinic at 7:00 am.....and in thanks for not having to be there...at 7 or at any other time today....i made ham biscuits.....to be specific...i made onion biscuits with herbed butter and shaved country ham.....made with my little half-circle fluted cutter from Dehillerin.....gosh, i just love that little cutter....and so when i dropped off these biscuits...and mini-blueberry muffins at 7:45...at the flu shot clinic on my way to work.....there was a great rejoicing.....yeah, well....i made nothing for the vegetarians....but then...there are no vegetarians in the crowd that i work with.....and they would not likely understand the time i have spent studying menus and reviews of vegetarian restaurants in paris.....my aim is to at least be pescatarian during this extra visit....this bonus visit....frankly, i would be happy for warm goat cheese salad and sancerre at every meal...well...maybe an omelet at breakfast....
