more on the musee de luxembourg

ok, so....the mm is slow on the draw these days......i was so excited about the Arcimboldo exhibit at this location that it never occurred to me that i was previously unaware of this location........it is in none of the guidebooks....and according to the website has been designated as a site of special exhibits for some time.....hmmm.....there appears to be a cafe on site....and a gift shop that sells art posters......curious that it has been under my radar......even the paris museum pass people do not mention it....unlike the new musee de quai branley or the reopened musee l'orangerie.....
