i wondered who buys this stuff......

ok, so i stopped at teh krogers to buy wonton wrappers, and coconut milk so i could make thai peanut noodles and crispy stuffed wontons......and the checkout girl looked up in amazement and said.....'i wondered who buys this stuff......i put up the prices and i just think nobody will buy it....'.......and so i have stirfried spinach and green onions and added chopped waterchestnuts and baby shrimp....with a mighty dash of pepper sauce.....and stuffed little dabs into wontons that i will bake and dip into sweet chili sauce....to go along with the vegetables and peanut noodles.......yum........sometimes these notions just take hold....i was thinking this afternoon about how much i liked crispy stuffed wontons and how i have not had them since i left the restaurant......and there was nothing to be done until i made them at home.......
