ok, so the estate sale for my late friend mildred is next saturday......and i will not be attending......mostly because the 2 lovely watercolors she painted and presented to me during her lifetime mean more than any such works i might buy at her sale......there are several she had in her studio that i vaguely recall....but neither are those that i can see myself bidding upwards against strangers.....cayle's pappy has already purchased her lakeside property...will be a curious arrangement as he used to live across the street with cayle's mimi once upon a time....the lake place will only be a weekend destination....but will still be problematic.......
