a single degree.....

ok, so a single degree makes all the difference.....our house is kept at a hardy 66 degrees....but bumping it up to 67 on a particularly cold days adds just enough ambiant warmth to make me believe it is balmy inside.......there IS snow on the ground.....looks like a few inches, but not enough to fret over.....so far church has not been cancelled.....the sun has peaked through the clouds and is streaming through the new window in the front room.....a lovely way to greet a new day.......and a glrious day to be at home rather than work.....
