getting serious

ok, so i have been treadmilling diligently of late.....in addition to walking at lunch at work.....consider it travel training........the prospect of a walking tour of paris with a true athlete is daunting.....with the youngest i stopped to get her something to eat or drink whenever i felt tired....and i am not sure that i can pretend to placate my spouse in the same way......though he is quite a fan of pastries and sweet treats, and there should be numerous and conveniently placed shops to buy these things while i catch my breath......
