grey cardigan

ok, so....we are on a quest for a grey cotton cardigan.....any thoughts as to the style, zip or button, patterned knit or plain?...the one pictured is quite reasonably priced from a famed up-east retailer.....though i'd prefer to find one at a goodwill.....
