ok, so i tried to snack on the leftover hot and sour soup from sunday- and all that remains in the container is the hot part- so hot i choked and spit it out and started to have a coughing fit. the sad thing about chinese leftovers so that everybody else likes them too, and by tuesday the leftovers from sunday are pretty much picked over.....i have taken to ordering chinese on sunday, because by sunday i am so tired of my own cooking that i don't want any of my own leftovers......... my spanish words of the day.....let me see, how about foods i won't order-
cabrito asado- roast goat
cochino asado- roast suckling pig
congrio- conger eel
higado- liver
jeta- pig's cheeks
tortilla de sesos- brain omelet

i believe that i will keep the word sesos with me forever............
