ok, so mm is now undergoing the teeth-whitening torture............this has involved a trip to the dentist.....impressions made of both upper and lower teeth (the gagging involved with the making of the impressions should have tipped me off to the pain and discomfort ahead.......) the impressions are turned into custom-fitted clear plastic plates that are to be worn with the chemical bleaching gel at least 4-6 hours daily for 2 weeks...............so far i have been able to tolerate 1 hour on the top and 1 hour on the bottom, never both plates at the same time......because all i can think about is how i am choking and soon to die......i cough, i gag, and i tear up.....it is totally awful, and i would quit if i hadn't already paid for it..........i lasted an hour this morning because i resorted to lamaze breathing................i will try sleeping with these things this evening....maybe unconciousness is the only answer.........
