oh, my aching back

ok, so mm has strained her back again....and this time it seems worse than the last time.....i could barely get out of bed this morning, barely get down the steps,....you get the picture.......today i have to go in to trc to start cooking for tomorrow.....this should be rich......i am not sure that i can drive......because it is my driving hip/lower back area that is in pain.......pray for me.....
