bon anniversaire

ok, so....we have been married 27 years as of this day...the 13th of june.....periodically the day is on friday......and this day annually comes up either just before, during or just after the band festival......and occasionally a relative schedules a wedding around this time of year......as tonight is the gallery hop, and my spouse's business is hosting 3 artists.....i am packing a hamper of treats to take into town, and we at least share a picnic of sorts in the work area of the bike shop......yeah, well.....we've had more romantic celebrations...but then.....we did enjoy several lovely meals together in paris last fall......and plan on traveling to austria this fall........so we are not tied to mid-june for getaways......the rain is actually a nice reminder of our actual wedding day, which included not only rain but a tornado.....we c-dubs are quite resilient when it comes to making do with what we have got.....
