the ending

ok, so at lunch today i sketched out both the ending and the begining of my saga....................one needs to know these things.............i like the idea of 4 endings....choices a,b,c or all of the above............gail and i have discussed each possibility at length...........in fact...........we have discussed most of this screenplay at length...we just did not know that our musings merited such attention................i would like to incorporate the best parts of american splendor...the cartoon parts.......i see in my mind's eye new yorker cartoons throughout.......the first is like this......a script thinner than a best buy ad....labeled...our screenplay as our family and friends would wish us to disclose about our lives/their lives...................the next is a whopping nyc phonebook-type script...labeled.....our screenplay about our lives as we recall it..........and the third......a modest little script....labeled compromise..................this afternoon, we watched l'auberge d'espagnole.....which had some amusing elements......then lost in translation, which my family who had not seen it before did not like at all.....then under the tuscan sun....which is a distruction of what had been a delightful novel...............lots to learn about plot development, backstory, pace.....dialogue.....if i never get this done....i have had the glee of the notion of it..................
