light at the end of the tunnel.....

ok, so it is a sad day when i am thrilled to read on-line that there are 2 moderate senate republicans considering a switch in light of the medical emergency of the sentaor from south dakota......and it is equally tragic to realize that the governor of south dakota is unlikely to honor a fallen statesman by appointing the spouse...given that the governor is a republican and the fallen is a dem.....too sad for words.....
