the library.....

ok, so....i finished early in anderson, and did not have to go back to mercer....and so i went on home to eat leftovers rather than stopping anywhere...a triumph of fiscal will......and then walked on the treadmill, and then....opted to go on into town rather than take a nap before picking my child up at soccer.....and i ended up at the library...where i sat in the reading room ......going through the march collection of...magazines.....i have in my past been a magazine junkie, especially in the years when my children had to sell magazines as school fundraising schemes..... now i get only 1 single magazine a week...the new yorker....and it takes me about a week to get through it....but i digress from the library collection.....i thumbed my way through town and country, oprah, people, bon appetit, martha stewart, and a gardening magazine i'd never heard of.....and still had time to drive out to big lots to look for easter basket stuff before 5.....good thing i don't get any or all of those magazine anymore....lots of wasted paper for a 10 minute look-see.....i did happen to peruse the shelves looking for something to read....i could be reading my bookclub book, but my spouse is working through...that is my excuse...en francais.....je ne dois pas lire le livre.....i am ready to move on to disc 4......not because i am ready, but because i am tired of hearing this woman count to 100......
