the sound and the fury.....

ok, so my rose trellis has gone faulkner on me over the past few weeks....the slats on the south-side have basically fallen off....to the point that i am not sure that i can put them back in place....while the north-side slats are comepltely intact and original as the day my daddy put them there.....(i'd say my meandaddy, but the man didn't have a mean bone in his body....)...and so what am i to do.....continue with the decay, as visible from the road....no- i cannot say that the sight of disarray adds to our aura...mostly, it just makes one of us/all of us look lazy and no account......so what do i do?.....should i remove the slats on the south, and leave the slats on the north?.....should I measure and attempt to place new slats on the south?......i cannot say.....what i can say is that the daffodils are blooming on the banks that face the creek....and numerous croci.....and snowdrops...and the tulips have started to pop out of the ground.....and some of the roses have new growth......at the very least i need to feed the roses on saturday, and apply weed and feed to the green-ness that passes for our lawn......
