a permanent record.....

ok, so there was a question in my midst today about this blog....yet again...about this as a permament record.....and about how someone could take all this and do whatever with it......i had a hard time following just what the concern was......given that our last name is no longer in print....and the randomness of first names is just that....random.......and if any of my offspring were to become famous.....i could just sell all of their toddler-era scribblings on ebay and cash-in.....and by the time this day might come about i might be totally senile and make stuff up when the press came to call.....much worse than i ever blogged.......or maybe not......google is not necessarily up-to-date....when i google my own name i come up with things that i have not been involved with in over 3 years.....or longer.....but i digress from the privacy of my offspring.....when i google their names.....the sites that come up are so much more specific to their personal lives than my blog could ever be......works of fiction, awards, race times.......quotes on the weather.....i am the least of their worries.......
