the snake....

ok, so it appears that in recent blogs i have failed to mention the finding of the snake in the basement......the one lounging on the blue rug....the one between me and the wine in the refrigerator.....and so i grabbed up two ends of the rug...and rushed the snake out to the deck...and flung it.......only to see it hung up on the flimsiest snag of a rosebush....and so i got the longest pole in our garage......and worked that rose bush until it let lose of that poor snake........much as i hate snakes, i have a greater distaste for seeing them suffer
