making another plan.....

ok, so....another morning with clogged sinuses and a face that feels about to explode.....and it is clear that i cannot go on like this, with symptoms that my $83 sinus medication does not appear to relieve......i can only imagine how a plane flight will make all this worse.....yesterday i tried using salt water sprays, but i have since read that i was not aggressive enough in how much i used and what i did after using the spray.....yecch.......the good news is that it is not keeping me up at night...so i am waking up feeling rested, wretched, but rested.....
