lightening will strike

ok, so i have been on the phone with my mother...trying to interest her in the neighborhood yardsale ...and she is not sure she has anything to put out for sale...surely lightening has struck her house......and when i get up the nerve to go and look out the front door...i will certainly see a house in flames.......how can someone with so much junk say she has nothing to be gotten rid of...........?
