thursdays

ok, so thursdays are my least favorite day of the week.......the day i travel to that other county.......the one that has a contractural agreement with my main county for services 1 day a week.......mostly because they are afraid that if they looked for their own nutritionist nobody would want to be hired on there for the job as it stands now.......i shan't go into details in this venue....except that my client must sit on the folding chair that was retrieved from the smoking porch on my first day.......and anybody after that first client must stand, or i must borrow a chair from another room........and the room in which i see patients is about as big as my bathroom at home.......so one wouldn't really want more than 1 or 2 clients for fear of losing available oxygen..........i had an email yesterday that the person who had volunteered to do the diabetes support group cannot make it......so i must come up with some topic for discussion........hmmm......probably over my lunch, as this clinic overbooks for my services on days that i am there, in case clients do not show up......the people who work there are basically nice.......please donot misunderstand......it is just the having to go somewhere different when i was not really informed of this upon hire.........ah well.........if not for complaining what would i have to think about on any given thursday...........
