yard sale......

ok, so i have it in my mind that it is time for this family to have a yard sale.......we have never done this........though we regularly donate clothes to the goodwill......there are many things that have accumulated that we could clear out of the house, the basement, the garage, the garage attic, and the cabin.....ah, the cabin.......originally there were 3 cabins on 4 lots, now combined into 1 lot...ours.......the cabin the in best shape has been transformed over the years into a 2-story capecod-looking affair with semiattached 2 story garage.....the cabin in the worst shape was removed in order to build the driveway.......and the last cabin just sits where it always has......census people tend to view it is a residence.......and hang their questionaires on the front door......but mostly it is our private storage area........a storage area of no return.....i cannot remember when i was upstairs int eh cabin last.......or farther in the door than it takes to retrieve pots and lawn chairs.......but back to the yard sale.....the neighbors who live across from my mom are having a yard sale next weekend.......and why not a neighborhood yardsale.......a good incentive for me to get busy and to clean out.......and then take whatever is left to the goodwill.......
