not miserable enough......

ok, so in today's lexington paper there was an ad for research volunteers....a u of k study into menopause...looking for healthy women over the age of 40 to try out a hormone patch.......alas....the study required a minimum of 7 medium to signifcant hot flashes a day to qualify........7......good lord almighty....if i was having 7 or more i would be seriously agitated and likely sedated by the emergency squad as they dragged me away to the 4th floor at our local hospital......it takes 7 to be considered treatable....who knew?.......just 1 or 2 is considered lightweight.....and hardly worthy of research..............wow..............clearly the research is being conducted by males, or premenopausal women who only know what they have read in books about the change of life.....each and all are welcome to a weekend retreat for a full dose hormone deficit reality therapy.......i am mean enough these days to throw each and all off of my island...bodily.......
