interesting conversation.........

ok so with all of my interest in my 2nd child's college career, one would think that i only had one child..........there is my brilliant first born, of course, whose name came up in conversation with my friend betty p. who is in admissions at centre.......now i have known betty p. for years, and it is always a good day when i get to talk to her........she was in eating lunch with someone leaving centre admissions for greener pastures......she asked about my first born, then related about the dismal state that his former soccer cronies are in, including her boy....................one former classmate has dropped out of a prestigious university and will go to u.k. this fall.........others are languishing with poor grades..................and then betty said.....it looks like (acw) is the only one doing well....................i would agree, since he has a stellar gpa, and a born-again passion for writing/good grades/work ethic/tidiness.............he once told me that i shoud not worry about him.......i guess he was right................
