shrubbery

ok, so......it takes a lot to fluster the meanmamma......and so even i was surprised that i was a bit tongue-tied during this curious exchange at work last evening just before closing time.....keep in mind that in harrodsburg yesterday about 5:45 pm it was pouring down rain....a colleague....someone i do not see often nor know well was asking what i had planned for my evening.......my pat response was about how i was glad of the rain, because i would not feel obligated to go home and work in the garden.....'oh, do you have a big vegetable garden?......' no.....but i do grow a lot of flowers......'what about shrubbery...do you grow shrubbery?.....what aboiut taxis?....i really like taxis...its soft and not prickly like some bushes.......'...turns out all she grows at her house is...taxis.......and she was really excited that i have a few of the same at my house.........go figure.........
