all over but the paperwork........

ok, so my days as a restauranteur are all over, except for the paperwork.....and it is only then that the champagne will flow..................my coworkers gave me a gift certificate for a nice dinner out....at beaumont inn, ..i enjoyed the irony.......i rarely go out to supper, even at trc........., and so i have not been to beaumont inn in 4 solid years....i am actually going to supper at trc tonight.....with 2 other couples to hear billy blues, a local trio made up of 2 centre professors and a doctor............i have never actually been to dinner at trc since andrew graduated from high school..............2 years ago...........and certainly not since we hired the new chef...............who, by the way, wore an osu cap and football jersey in honor of my last day...................joe davis, my friend and fruit/vegetable purveyor gave me red hot chili pepper earrings..............gail gave me a frame that can hold our picture taken together.............so.................i am now home, in the afternoon, having picked cayle up at camp............and it is going to rain any minute.....so it is of no use to try to swim at this point...............i do believe that i will risk a nice nap....................
