networking.....

ok,so i spent the day at work, when i was supposed to be actually working.......doing networking about the job i want in lexington........i found out that 1) when my partner and key staff like gail did the taste of the bluegrass, a fundraising event in which we offered tastes of our tomato celery soup and 3 layered cheese torte......they met the director of the lexington health department.........2)the nurse diabetes specialist in frankfort that oversees the program in lexington is someone not only that i worked with years ago at the hospital in danville...she was also coerced to quit but the same person who did the same to me....small world........and she has already called to put in a good word.....3) the director of our local health department (my neighbor for 22 years)......told me that the new director in lexington was coerced to quit a similar job in louisvlle several years ago....she then went to georgia....and has now returned......i have really stewed over explaining why i left the hospital.....seems i will find an understanding audience.........now ....all i need is an interview date.............
